* Hold Bachelor (S1) degree

* Able to communicate effectively to sales team, outlets, distributors, regarding to sales activities
* Able to build good relation ships with trade in all channels
* Able to manage and develop field forces to achieve sales target
* Have a good interpersonal skills, Sales Management skills, creative & team player, high drive, and strong leadership
* Proficient in English & computer skills
